2. Service description

otut.io provides hosted Server-Side Google Tag Manager infrastructure, including container hosting, an anti-adblock loader script, a real-time analytics dashboard, and related tools. The service is provided as-is, with commercially reasonable uptime targets (99.9% on paid plans).

3. Acceptable use

• You will not use the service for tracking that violates GDPR, CCPA, or applicable privacy laws without proper consent.
• You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or abuse protections.
• You will not use the service to facilitate fraud, phishing, or illegal activity.

4. Payment & refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via bKash manual reconciliation. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time paid subscriptions. Contact info@otut.io to request a refund within the window.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard.

6. Limitation of liability

otut.io is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
